I’m Adeline Thomas, founder of Elderly Savior Academy and Elderly Savior Homecare. My journey into home care wasn’t built from theory—it was built through years of hands-on experience growing a home care business from the ground up.
I know what it feels like to have the vision but still have to figure out licensing, compliance, staffing, operations, client acquisition, contracts, finances, and the everyday realities of running an agency.
After building Elderly Savior Homecare into an established New Jersey provider serving clients through multiple payer and government-supported programs, I created Elderly Savior Academy to help other entrepreneurs navigate that journey with more structure, resources, and support than I had when I started.
My goal isn’t simply to help you open a business. It’s to help you understand how to build a business that can operate, grow, and create lasting impact.

1. Do I need to already own a home care business?
No. Elderly Savior Academy is designed for both aspiring entrepreneurs and established home care business owners. If you’re starting from the beginning, the Foundation Membership provides the roadmap and essential resources to help you build your foundation. If you’re already operating, Growth or Elite provides additional coaching, implementation support, and growth strategy.
2. Which membership should I choose?
Choose Foundation if you’re starting out and need the roadmap, essential tools, resources, and foundational guidance. Choose Growth if you’re ready for more hands-on implementation, frequent coaching, accountability, and support with marketing, staffing, operations, and growth. Choose Elite if you want everything in Foundation and Growth plus personalized 1:1 strategy, direct support, advanced resources, and greater access to Coach Adeline.
3. Are the webinars recorded?
Yes. Eligible live training sessions are recorded and made available in the member portal according to your membership level, so you can revisit the training and continue learning at your own pace.
4. Are annual payment plans available?
Yes. Payment-plan options are available for annual memberships. The number of installments varies by membership level. Selecting an annual payment plan is a commitment to the full annual membership; it is not the same as a month-to-month membership.
5. Is one-on-one coaching included?
Private 1:1 coaching with Coach Adeline Thomas is included with the Elite Membership. Foundation and Growth members receive coaching and support through the group sessions and other resources included with their membership.
6. Does the Academy guarantee business results?
No. Elderly Savior Academy provides education, coaching, tools, resources, and strategic guidance, but we cannot guarantee licensing approval, contracts, clients, revenue, profitability, or other specific business outcomes. Results vary based on factors including your market, state requirements, business decisions, effort, implementation, and consistency.
7. Does Elderly Savior Academy handle my licensing for me?
Elderly Savior Academy provides education, resources, and guidance to help you understand the home care business and licensing process. Licensing requirements vary by state and business type, and members remain responsible for verifying and completing all applicable state and local requirements.
8. How long will I have access to the Academy?
Your access is based on your active membership and the specific terms of the plan you select. Annual members receive access throughout their annual membership term, while month-to-month members maintain access while their membership remains active and in good standing.
9. What happens after I join?
After enrolling, you’ll receive instructions for accessing your member portal, available trainings and resources, community, and coaching opportunities included with your membership. You’ll also be guided on where to begin based on your current stage of business.
